GORTEF supplies PTFE separator feed belt to fit the SOLLAU VMSV EKO, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine SOLLAU s.r.o. part.
The VMSV EKO is the compact build, running a 150mm roll rather than the 300mm of the standard VMSV, in 500, 1000 and 1500mm working widths. Halving the roll diameter tightens the radius the belt has to turn, so a belt that ran happily on a full size VMSV is not automatically the right one here.
Which GORTEF Product Fits the SOLLAU VMSV EKO?
A 150mm roll is a tight wrap for a coated fabric, so this is the machine to start thin on. TCK010NA.AS at 0.20mm is the thinner of the two anti-static Kevlar fabrics and the one we would quote first for an EKO. The heavier 0.40mm is deliberately not listed here: ask us before putting it on a 150mm roll. Working widths run to 1500mm and the fabric is 1660mm, so even the widest EKO takes a one piece belt.
Confirming the Exact Specification
We are still finalising the published dimensions for this model. Send us the dimensions of the belt you are removing, or a photo of it alongside its packaging, and we will confirm the construction before you order. Measure the old belt itself where you can. Working back from the machine aperture or the roller centres gives a length that is close but rarely exact.
How to Order a Belt for the SOLLAU VMSV EKO
Measure the belt across its width and right around its length, and tell us how the ends are joined. We make PTFE belts endless to the length you measure and finish the edges to suit the way your machine tracks them.
If the old belt is already off the machine, measure it flat and send a photo of the join with your dimensions. The join type matters as much as the length for how a belt runs.
