Specialised Adhesive Tapes for Heating Elements
Zone tapes tend to have two strips of adhesive normally about 10 to 15mmm(these can be customised) in width running down the full length of each edge of the roll. The remaining middle part of the tape has no adhesive so when applied to the heating element wire it does not leave any messy adhesive when being replaced.
