GORTEF supplies PTFE separator feed belts to fit the SOLLAU VMSV, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine SOLLAU s.r.o. part.
The VMSV is a multi-roll separator running pairs of 300mm rolls connected by the belt, built as VMSV 1/500 and 1/1000 with one roll pair and VMSV 4/500 and 4/1000 with four. SOLLAU are unusually direct about the belt, describing it as very thin and extremely sturdy and made from either Kevlar or glass-Teflon, and they recommend keeping the material bed to about 5mm.

SOLLAU describe the belt as very thin, extremely sturdy and made from either Kevlar or glass-Teflon. Kevlar is the one we stock for this machine, in 0.20 and 0.40mm. The 300mm roll is the most generous wrap in this family, so either thickness runs on it and the choice comes down to how abrasive your feed is rather than how tight the turn is. Both the 500 and 1000mm working widths come out of the 1660mm fabric in one piece, and a four-pair machine takes four belts, which are worth quoting together.
Confirming the Exact Specification

Send us the dimensions of the belt you are removing, or a photo of it alongside its packaging, and we will confirm the construction before you order. Measure the old belt itself where you can. Working back from the machine aperture or the roller centres gives a length that is close but rarely exact.
How to Order a Belt for the SOLLAU VMSV
Measure the belt across its width and right around its length, and tell us how the ends are joined. We make PTFE belts endless to the length you measure and finish the edges to suit the way your machine tracks them.
If the old belt is already off the machine, measure it flat and send a photo of the join with your dimensions. The join type matters as much as the length for how a belt runs.
