GORTEF supplies PTFE separator feed belt to fit the Mineral Technologies Reading RER, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine Mineral Technologies Pty Ltd part.
The Reading rare earth roll separator is built at Carrara on the Gold Coast, which makes it the one machine on this site whose maker and whose buyer are both in Australia. Mineral Technologies build the RER on a 100mm roll at 300, 1000 and 1500mm roll widths, single start, with one, two or three retreat stages. It runs in mineral sands producing ilmenite and chromite concentrates and cleaning zircon into the non-magnetics.

Which GORTEF Product Fits the Mineral Technologies Reading RER?
Mineral Technologies do not publish a belt specification, so this is matched off the machine rather than off their parts list. A 100mm roll is at the small end of the range, and a small roll is where belt thickness bites hardest, because the feed has to sit close to a tight radius to see peak field. TCK010NA.AS at 0.20mm is the thinner of the two and the one to start from here. All three published roll widths, 300, 1000 and 1500mm, fit inside the 1660mm fabric, so even the widest machine takes a belt with no join down its length.
Confirming the Exact Specification
We are still finalising the published dimensions for this model. Send us the dimensions of the belt you are removing, or a photo of it alongside its packaging, and we will confirm the construction before you order. Measure the old belt itself where you can. Working back from the machine aperture or the roller centres gives a length that is close but rarely exact.
How to Order a Belt for the Mineral Technologies Reading RER
Measure the belt across its width and right around its length, and tell us how the ends are joined. We make PTFE belts endless to the length you measure and finish the edges to suit the way your machine tracks them.
If the old belt is already off the machine, measure it flat and send a photo of the join with your dimensions. The join type matters as much as the length for how a belt runs.
