GORTEF supplies PTFE separator feed belt to fit the Eriez RE-60-1, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine Eriez Manufacturing Co. part.
The RE-60-1 is the single roll build of the Eriez rare earth roll separator at 60 inch roll width, which is 1524mm and the top of the Eriez width range. One roll means one belt, and at that width the belt is the widest single wear item on the machine.
Which GORTEF Product Fits the Eriez RE-60-1?
A 60 inch roll is 1524mm, and that width used to be the awkward part of this machine, because a belt cut from 1000mm fabric needed a join running its full length. The anti-static Kevlar comes 1660mm wide, so a 60 inch belt is one piece with no seam down the working face. Thickness is the open question rather than width: 0.20mm sits the feed closer to the roll, 0.40mm lasts longer in abrasive feed.
Confirming the Exact Specification
We are still finalising the published dimensions for this model. Send us the dimensions of the belt you are removing, or a photo of it alongside its packaging, and we will confirm the construction before you order. Measure the old belt itself where you can. Working back from the machine aperture or the roller centres gives a length that is close but rarely exact.
How to Order a Belt for the Eriez RE-60-1
Measure the belt across its width and right around its length, and tell us how the ends are joined. We make PTFE belts endless to the length you measure and finish the edges to suit the way your machine tracks them.
If the old belt is already off the machine, measure it flat and send a photo of the join with your dimensions. The join type matters as much as the length for how a belt runs.
