GORTEF supplies PTFE separator feed belt to fit the Eriez Rare Earth Roll, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine Eriez Manufacturing Co. part.
The RE Roll carries dry feed over a magnetic head pulley on a thin belt, and Eriez specify that belt as Kevlar coated with Teflon at 5 to 20 thou. Thickness is the setting that matters: the thinner the belt, the closer the feed sits to a roll running at peak field, and the sooner abrasive feed wears through it. Eriez build the rolls at 75, 100, 150 and 300mm diameter in widths from 125 to 1500mm in 125mm steps.

Which GORTEF Product Fits the Eriez Rare Earth Roll?
Eriez put the working range at 5 to 20 thou, make 10 thou the standard, and say in their own manual what the belt is made of: Kevlar coated with Teflon. That is what both of these are. TCK010NA.AS at 0.20mm runs a shade under the 0.25mm belt Eriez ship as standard, which sits the feed fractionally closer to the roll. TCK017NA.AS at 0.40mm is up near the heavy end of their range and buys belt life where abrasive feed is cutting a thin belt short. Both are the anti-static grade, which is worth having on dry feed: a belt carrying a charge holds fines to its surface and takes them into the wrong stream. At 1660mm the fabric is wider than the widest roll Eriez build, so any belt on this machine is cut from one piece.
Confirming the Exact Specification
We are still finalising the published dimensions for this model. Send us the dimensions of the belt you are removing, or a photo of it alongside its packaging, and we will confirm the construction before you order. Measure the old belt itself where you can. Working back from the machine aperture or the roller centres gives a length that is close but rarely exact.
How to Order a Belt for the Eriez Rare Earth Roll
Measure the belt across its width and right around its length, and tell us how the ends are joined. We make PTFE belts endless to the length you measure and finish the edges to suit the way your machine tracks them.
If the old belt is already off the machine, measure it flat and send a photo of the join with your dimensions. The join type matters as much as the length for how a belt runs.
Check You Have the Right Machine
