GORTEF supplies PTFE mesh conveyor belt to fit the Technopack E-TUN-5030, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine Technopack Corporation part.
The E-TUN-5030 leaves the factory on a roller conveyor, and Technopack list a PTFE mesh belt for it as well. The mesh is what you fit when small packs drop between the rollers: the open weave carries them and still lets hot air reach the underside of the pack. It is made endless and cut to the width of the tunnel.
Confirming the Exact Specification
Tell us what you are replacing and we will match it. Send the dimensions of the belt you are removing, or a photo of it alongside its packaging, and we will confirm the construction before you order. Measure the old belt itself where you can. Working back from the machine aperture or the roller centres gives a length that is close but rarely exact.
How to Order a Belt for the Technopack E-TUN-5030
Measure the belt across its width and right around its length, and tell us how the ends are joined. We make PTFE belts endless to the length you measure and finish the edges to suit the way your machine tracks them.
If the old belt is already off the machine, measure it flat and send a photo of the join with your dimensions. The join type matters as much as the length for how a belt runs.
