GORTEF supplies PTFE forming tube tape and cross seal jaw tape to fit the Rovema Continuous Motion VFFS, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine ROVEMA GmbH part.
Rovema’s own vertical seal troubleshooting note tells operators to check that the PTFE tape behind the film on the forming tube is not worn or missing, and to replace it if it is. Worn forming-tube tape is a documented cause of vertical seal defects on these baggers, not a theory about one.

Thickness is the number people get wrong, so measure the old tape with a micrometer rather than reading it off the OEM listing.
How to Order Tape for the Rovema Continuous Motion VFFS
Tell us the width and thickness of the tape you are stripping off and we will slit a roll to match. GORTEF supplies PTFE tape in 30 metre rolls at any width you need.
OEM tapes are usually specified in mil. That is the same unit as our thou, so a 10 mil OEM tape is a 10 thou GORTEF tape.
