GORTEF supplies aftermarket forming tube tape, cross seal jaw tape to fit the Rovema Continuous Motion VFFS. It is manufactured in Australia and cut to your machine's dimensions, so you can replace the consumable without ordering through ROVEMA GmbH.
Rovema’s own vertical seal troubleshooting note instructs checking that the PTFE tape behind the film on the forming tube is not worn or missing, and replacing it if it is — worn forming-tube tape is a documented cause of vertical seal defects.

Measuring the old part with a micrometer is the most reliable check.
How Do I Order For The Rovema Continuous Motion VFFS?
Tell us the machine model, the width of the part you are replacing, and the thickness. PTFE tape is slit to any width in 30 metre rolls; sheet is supplied 1000mm wide and cut to any length from 1 to 30 metres; belts and bands are made endless to your measured length. If the OEM part is specified in mil, it is the same unit as our thou — a 10 mil OEM tape is a 10 thou GORTEF tape.
