GORTEF supplies PTFE sealing bands to fit the Doboy B-500, made to the dimensions you measure off your own machine. It is an aftermarket replacement rather than a genuine Syntegon Technology (formerly Bosch Packaging) part.
The B-500 is a continuous band sealer in the Doboy B series. Like the rest of the series it carries the bag seam between a pair of endless PTFE bands as they pass over the heater and cooling blocks.
Confirming the Exact Specification
Tell us what you are replacing and we will match it. Send the dimensions of the band you are removing, or a photo of it alongside its packaging, and we will confirm the construction before you order. Measure the old band laid out flat rather than on the machine, and check the width at the seam as well as along the run.
How to Order Bands for the Doboy B-500
Measure the band across its width and right around its length. PTFE sealing bands are made endless to the length you measure.
Band sealers run their bands in pairs, so tell us whether you want a single band or a full set for a changeover.
